You are also able to add other items once your flowers are dry and we see how many flowers you have left to work with.
To preserve your flowers in the best shape, we ask that you overnight your flowers to us. Your completed custom order is NON-REFUNDABLE.

DISCLAIMER:
- Each piece is custom made with resin and as such can have some imperfections such as micro bubbles. Sometimes larger bubbles will also escape from air pockets in the flowers. They can also sometimes become trapped under petals along the sides or bottom of your keepsake causing an indentation. There is no way around the occurrence of bubbles but we do our best to minimize them.
- Flowers have bruises that do not appear until covered by the resin which causes areas of translucency on the petals. There is no way around this issue.
- We will do our best to recreate your chosen design as closely as possible but it will not be 100% the same within the confines of the mold and under the effects of the resin. We will update you if any drastic adjustments need to be made to the design.
- We do not offer color corrections for the flowers.
- Depending on if you choose to pre-dry your flowers, the entire process can take up to 16 weeks from the time we receive the flowers to the time your order is shipped.
-Although we give you our best instructions for shipping flowers, flowers can become misshapen, lost, or damaged in transit. If shipping fresh flowers, DO NOT put any plastic, bubble wrap, water, wet paper towels, or any other moisture within the box. Plastic traps moisture which can cause mold and decay.
- Some papery thin flowers can become entirely translucent in the resin.
- Some flowers can take on a different shade during the drying or resin process and turn darker, brighter, or sometimes more pale. Most commonly, reds darken and whites can become discolored.
- Berries shrink and turn black when dried. We can omit them from your design or you can purchase faux ones and have them shipped to us.
- We cannot use succulents of any kind in the resin. If you would like your succulents to be represented in your keepsake, please purchase faux ones and have them shipped to us.
- The more that dried flowers are handled, the greater the chance that petals tear or fall off. We do our best to handle them as gently as possible but please keep this in mind if shipping pre-dried flowers or if multiple changes are being made to your designs.
- There can will be lighting discrepancies between photos that can make the flowers appear to look different. There is no way around such discrepancies.
- We do not do a top coat but rather gently sand the edges for a smooth finish.
- We use high quality, VOC free resin. However, all resin has the potential to develop a slight color change over time. To best protect your keepsake, please keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid temperature changes to help reduce the natural effects of aging.
